Before founding h2glenfern, Tim led European equity sales desks and ultimately the debt and equity research teams for BAML in Europe. With a relevant and accomplished career in capital markets, Tim is passionate about using his skills and experience to help businesses of all sizes improve their access to capital, maximise their efficiency and effectiveness and ultimately optimise value for stakeholders.
Clive is a Partner at h2glenfern. He engages in all aspects of the investment marketing services provided, but his focus is on Investment Evaluation and Shareholder Profiling. With a background in investment research, he has done much work in looking at the implications for investment promotion in a post-MiFID2 environment and developing solutions to address them.
Clive joined h2glenfern in 2009 having previously been a partner and analyst at the hedge fund platform, NewSmith Capital. Before this, he was a sell-side Transport and Infrastructure analyst at Merrill Lynch/Smith New Court, where his global research team achieved No.1 rankings for over a decade. He began his career in the transport industry with P&O/Jardine Matheson.
Clive holds an MA in History from Cambridge University.
Michael’s expertise lies in assisting public and private growth companies with corporate, investor and governance matters to allow boards to focus on delivering their business strategy. His career background is in corporate finance. Michael spent twelve years at Investec where he provided broad advice to growth private and quoted companies across a range of sectors and transactions and worked with companies from the FTSE 250 to AIM as well as private businesses.
Michael joined h2glenfern in 2009 to develop a market focussed remuneration consultancy.
Michael graduated from Cambridge University with a degree in economics and history.
James joined h2glenfern in 2019 to focus on providing strategy and communications advice for businesses in both the public and private markets.
Before h2glenfern, James ran equities business development and product marketing for one of the world’s leading financial technology companies. He also served as Global COO for a mid-sized investment banking business and spent ten years at Merrill Lynch in New York and London where he became a Managing Director with specific responsibility for overseeing the equity sales and trading relationships with the firms largest US long-only and hedge fund clients.
Following a 30-year equity capital markets career, James has a broad range of relevant experiences and is exceptionally well placed to help clients navigate their way through structural changes underway in global equity capital markets.
Tom joined h2glenfern in 2018 and is responsible for business development. He liaises with private and public market investors, corporates in both realms, M&A advisors, stockbrokers and placement agents in the UK and continental Europe. In the executive sphere, he advises the management of companies sponsored by private equity firms going through a sale process and helps asset managers with articulating their story to investors.
Before joining h2glenfern, Tom spent 22 years working for Cazenove, KBC, Macquarie and BNP Paribas. He headed equity sales teams in London and New York having started his career in equity research. His experience promoting Asian small and mid-cap companies to institutional investors in Europe and the US which gave him an early and illuminating education in the value of proper communication and the risk of unappreciated differences in expectations.
With his experience of the requirements and challenges facing both corporates and investors in multiple markets and under changing conditions, Tom is keen to bring the valuable benefits of h2glenfern’s service to all these counterparties.
Before joining h2glenfern Michael spent over 35 years working in equity sales for Cazenove, James Capel, BZW, ABN & JP Morgan. He has experience of both Asia Pacific and European equity markets, heading sales teams in London, Sydney and Hong Kong, and leading an Asian equity franchise with a small mid cap focus in both primary and secondary markets. Numerous interactions with senior company executives, from participating in management and client roadshows in Europe, Australia and Asia, has seen him develop an understanding on effective messaging and dialogue.
Rémy Dumoulin is a partner at h2glenfern, based in Paris. As a former passionate analyst, he is keen to share what drives their stock market valuation with senior management teams and relevant ways to reflect all the attributes of their investment proposition. He is a strong believer that in a MIFID2 environment, corporates can significantly improve their investor engagement through a combination of unbiased understanding of investor perception, improved content, and better delivery.
Rémy joined h2glenfern in 2016. As a project Director, he coordinated the successful 1bn IPO of French multi-technical services specialist SPIE in 2015. He has gained extensive capital market experience as an Investor Relations Director (Carrefour and Valeo) and sell-side analyst (Paneuropean Autos and French midcaps) at Citi and HSBC. He started his career as a buy-side multi-sector analyst and Equity strategist within the AXA Group.
Having joined h2lgenfern in July 2018, Natalie is the Office Manager responsible for supporting the day to day activities of the business.
Natalie graduated from the University of Sussex with a degree in Law.
